As we continue to expand, we are seeking Journeyman Service Plumbers to join our dedicated team. Candidates must be a Cheyenne registered journeyman plumbing license holder. As an experienced Plumber at Marv’s Plumbing & Heating, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, conducting installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Benefits Include 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Responsibilities Include Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
