About the Role

Our MidAtlantic Quotes Team is looking for a Quotes Specialist to join us at our Bel Air headquarters. In this role, you are the person our customers and sales reps count on to get pricing right and get it back to them quickly. You will prepare accurate quotes for flooring projects, field customer questions over the phone and by email, and work across our internal systems to verify pricing and product information.

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate pricing quotes for flooring projects using information gathered from customers and sales representatives, delivering within established turnaround standards
• Perform mathematical calculations including square footage, linear footage, and square yardage to support accurate quoting
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions promptly and professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication by phone and email
• Manage correspondence through a shared Outlook mailbox alongside your teammates
• Use multiple internal systems to verify pricing and product information, updating records as needed
• Coordinate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from project start through completion

What We're Looking For

• Strong basic math skills, including calculating square footage, linear footage, and square yardage
• Prior customer service experience, particularly by phone and email
• Solid computer skills, with working experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems and databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when verifying pricing and product information
• Ability to multitask and manage your time to meet quote turnaround deadlines
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve pricing or product discrepancies
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with sales, pricing, and operations
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a shared Outlook mailbox
• Familiarity with QuoteWerks or similar quoting and CPQ software
• Background in flooring, building materials, or construction

Schedule and Overtime

This is a full-time, on-site position working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available when approved or needed.
