About the Role

Our Henrietta location is looking for a Warehouse and Customer Service Associate to join the team. This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse work with customer-facing support, so no two days look exactly the same. You will spend your time pulling orders, keeping our inventory and warehouse space in great shape, making local deliveries in our company van, and stepping in to help customers at the counter and over the phone when the team needs backup.

This role is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys being the person customers and coworkers can count on.

What You'll Do

• Pull orders in the warehouse and assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Make local deliveries in a company van
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the warehouse organized and orderly
• Back up our counter service representatives by assisting customers over the phone and in person as needed
• Calculate and convert measurements accurately when pulling and quoting material
• Support the broader Henrietta team wherever an extra set of hands is needed

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Comfortable multitasking and shifting between warehouse work and customer support
• Solid general math skills, including calculating and converting measurements
• Strong interpersonal and telephone skills, with a customer-first mindset
• A clean, active driver's license, since this role includes driving a company van
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Schedule and Overtime

This is a full-time, on-site position working 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
