SPEAR Physical Therapy is a 6-location practice serving the greater New York City area. SPEAR’s mission statement, “Getting NYC back to life” is accomplished by pairing clinical excellence with a 5-star customer service experience. SPEAR employs a team of highly trained DPTs whose concentrations in varying PT disciplines give patients access to the latest evidence-based treatments and techniques. SPEAR aims to empower its entire staff to take ownership of their role in the rehabilitation process. SPEAR also fosters a customer service culture through orientation and continued staff coaching.
