Warehouse Supervisor Core

We are currently looking for a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Perform the same work duties as those supervised or perform more difficult or skilled tasks or assist in their performance.
• Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
• Inform designated employees or departments of items loaded and problems encountered.
• Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
• Transmit and explain work orders to loaders and pullers.
• Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly.

Qualifications:

• 2 years related experience or 5 years warehouse experience with 2 years of leadership role.

• Forklift operator certification
• Identify and read tickets, SKU’s, UPC labels and reports. Requires recognizing, identifying and using merchandise and necessary reports.
