    What You’ll Do
Event Marketing Support (core of the role)

    • Build newsletters to a pre-planned schedule in collaboration with the events, sponsorship, and creative teams; curate photography, graphics, and copy to build visually stunning and informative newsletter campaigns.
    • Update imagery, graphics, and copy on event websites as needed.
    • Assist onsite event and competition teams; assist with onsite production, organize onsite photography, deploy social campaigns, and coordinate asset and collateral delivery with the event audio-visual teams.
    • Create post-event reports for both tradeshows and competitions and ensure event photography and videography collateral is delivered to sponsors as contracted.

    Sponsorship Support

    • Work closely with the Sponsorship team to ensure contracted sponsorship benefits are fulfilled across web, social media, newsletters, and the event mobile app.
    • Coordinate with the sponsorship and events teams to receive, organize, and deliver sponsor-delivered assets as required and ensure contracted sponsorship benefits are programmed and deployed as required.

    General Administration

    • Assist in reviewing and proofing all marketing collateral for events and competitions including event structures, signage, marketing materials, and more.
    • Ensure team folders and files are well organized and easy to navigate.
    • Assist in analytics and progress reporting to internal teams, escalating project snags and issues as required.

    What We’re Looking For

    Marketing Experience (Required)

    • Minimum three years of Marketing, Sponsorship, Communications or Administrative experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office programs.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Buffer, Squarespace, Airtable, and others.
    • Strong command of written and spoken English.
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.

    Preferred but Not Essential

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

    Attributes

    • Strong self-discipline, motivation, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands at once.
    • Comfortable receiving, applying, and providing creative feedback.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Interest in specialty coffee and international food and beverage culture.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Hands-on experience working on global brand campaigns, with real project and task ownership.
    • Direct mentorship and feedback to sharpen your skills and build your experience.
    • Exposure to marketing across digital, events, and global competitions.
