Material Process Technician III

Day to Day Responsibilities:

·         Perform wet etching/coating process and experiments, monitor experiment and process, and give feedback as needed.

·         Involvement with experimental design, communicate monitored process observation, perform the related measurement and collect measurement data.

·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite in support of experiment data collection and analysis.

·         Develop and update operation and experiment SOP and related documents.

·         Assist in the organization and management of lab inventory, prioritize experiments.

·         Submit samples to other surface-related measurements and compiling data.

·         Support lab safety programs to provide a safe working environment and comply with the Client’s environmental policy.

·         Strong organization skills and able to handle multiple tasks.

·         Keen on experimental observation, ability to understand key process drivers, and connect with observation.

·         Ability to understand data and communicate experiment observation, and results from data.

·         Strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations.

Desired Skills (These are skills that would be nice for candidates to possess)

·         Prefer experience in wet process and basic surface measurement, such as a microscope.

·         Knowledge in material processing, especially in glass and coating related.

Education: AAS in a technical area such as chemistry, chemical engineering, and material science.

Desired Experience: 3+ Years.
