    • Build layouts from approved concepts while maintaining brand consistency
    • Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and MLR guidelines
    • Partner with creative and account teams to deliver on time
    • Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
    • Perform QC on typography, layout, and technical specs

    • Maintain organized files and version control
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years as a production artist (agency and/or healthcare/pharma preferred)
    • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Solid print and digital production/file-prep knowledge
    • Familiarity with FDA/pharma regulatory processes (preferred)
    • High attention to detail and strong organization
    • Able to take direction and implement feedback quickly
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience with MLR review systems/workflows
    • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards
    • Basic motion/interactive skills (e.g., After Effects, Figma)
    • Experience with DAM systems
    Key Attributes
    • Meticulous, process-driven, and detail-focused
    • Collaborative with strong communication
    • Adaptable in a deadline-driven environment
    • Solutions-oriented and efficiency-minded
