This position responsible for providing safe, high-quality radiation therapy, including tumor localization and treatment administration. Serves as a primary patient interface, ensuring patient safety and supporting treatment needs while participating in quality assurance (QA) and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Graduate from an approved School of Radiation Therapy and an associate’s degree are required. A BS/BA degree is preferred.
EDUCATION: High School graduate or GED required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Registry with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist required within 6 months of hire. American Heart Association BLS required.
