Spire Clare Park has an exciting opportunity for a Stores Assistant to join our Stores team on a part-time (22.5hrs), basis.

This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the hospital by ensuring departments receive the stock, consumables and supplies they need in a timely, accurate and efficient way. • Help maintain safe, organised and clearly labelled stores areas.
    • Support stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure out-of-date stock is not used.
    • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and colleagues to resolve stock queries in a timely manner.

    Who we’re looking for

We are looking for someone organised, accurate and confident working in a busy environment. Previous experience in a stores, supplies or stock control role is essential, and experience within healthcare would be an advantage.

    • A methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
    • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
    • Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
    • The ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
    • An awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH would be beneficial.
