Winter Terrain Park Attendant

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Are you passionate about snow sports and want to play a key role in creating the ultimate terrain park experience at Spirit Mountain? We’re looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Terrain Park Crew Attendants. This is a unique position within the Outdoor Operation Attendant position where you’ll help set up and maintain our terrain park, test jumps and features, and serve as a brand ambassador for the mountain.

While applications are open now, hiring will begin in late October for the upcoming winter season!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and maintain features in the terrain park (jumps, rails, boxes, etc.)
• Ensure snow quality by prepping landings and managing snow conditions around the park
• Test out jumps and attractions to ensure they are safe and fun for guests
• Act as a brand ambassador for Spirit Mountain, interacting with guests and promoting a positive vibe
• Maintain signage, ropes, and park boundaries to ensure safety
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the resort
