Screen Print Supervisor

Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday / Overtime as needed

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Screen Print Supervisor to lead our screen printing production team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily print operations, maintaining quality standards, training team members, managing workflow, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has hands-on screen printing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep production moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Supervise daily screen print production and assign work to team members

· Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and/or automatic screen printing presses

· Ensure print quality, placement, ink color, curing, and overall order accuracy

· Review work orders, mockups, proofs, and production notes before printing

· Train, coach, and support screen print staff

· Monitor production schedules and help ensure deadlines are met

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area

· Track supplies and communicate inventory needs for inks, screens, chemicals, and other materials

· Identify production issues and work with management to improve efficiency

· Enforce company procedures, quality standards, and safety practices

· Assist with production as needed

Qualifications

· Previous screen printing experience required

· Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred

· Experience with automatic and/or manual presses

· Strong understanding of screen setup, registration, inks, curing, and garment decoration

· Ability to read and follow work orders, artwork approvals, and production instructions

· Strong attention to detail and quality control

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [50 lbs] as needed

· Reliable, organized, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Experience

· Apparel decoration or promotional products industry experience

· Knowledge of plastisol, water-based, or specialty inks

· Experience with embroidery, heat press, or other decoration methods is a plus

· Adobe illustrator experience preferred
