SpotDraft helps you put your business on autopilot.</p><p dir="ltr"> </p><p dir="ltr">Founded by a Harvard Law School lawyer, a Carnegie Mellon Computer Scientist, and SpotDraft is passionate about democratizing legal paperwork and making it pleasant and effortless to run your business.</p><p><br></p><p>We are hiring for an Account & Admin Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. </p><p><br></p><p>- Should take care of raising invoices<br>- Follow up on payment<br>- Work with CA to make sure billing happens on time<br>- Take care of Bank reconciliation<br>- Take care of expenses and reimbursement<br>- Assist in Office Admin Activities- Ticket Booking, Pantry Purchase etc<br><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong><br>- Very good communication skills in English<br>- Should at least be a graduate<br>- Should have 2-4 years of experience<br>- Should be ok working 8- 10 hours in a 5 day week</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note- Special preference to women and specially-abled individuals. </strong></p>
