We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide thoughtful, resident-centered care and support. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Encourage residents' independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assist with daily routines and activities that promote wellness and quality of life
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' needs or well-being to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

• Completion of applicable training courses
• Compassionate, patient, and caring approach when working with seniors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide respectful, person-centered care.
• Dependable and committed to creating a positive resident experience.

Shift:

• 2:00pm-10:00pm, Two days a week and every other weekend.
