Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Encourage residents' independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist with daily routines and activities that promote wellness and quality of life
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' needs or well-being to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
- Completion of applicable training courses
- Compassionate, patient, and caring approach when working with seniors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide respectful, person-centered care.
- Dependable and committed to creating a positive resident experience.
Shift:
- Full-time, Part time All shifts
