Position Summary
The Regional Operational Restaurant Manager will oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple Bourbon & Bones locations while partnering closely with General Managers and the Executive Leadership Team. This leader will be responsible for ensuring operational consistency, exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a culture centered around hospitality and accountability. This position requires a hospitality professional with extensive multiunit leadership experience, a strong understanding of upscale dining operations, and the ability to lead through influence, coaching, and execution.
Beyond day-to-day operations, this role will play a critical part in shaping the future of Bourbon & Bones by supporting new initiatives, developing future leaders, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the continued evolution of the brand
