We foster a team-oriented environment at LCCR and depend on the Groundskeeper to represent our enterprise in a courteous and professional manner with special attention to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, and safety for our outdoor spaces.
Attention to Detail: The Groundskeeper should demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure that all landscape maintenance tasks, such as pruning, fertilizing, and watering, are performed accurately and effectively. Paying attention to small details contributes to the overall appearance and safety of the casino grounds.
Time Management: Effective time management is crucial for the Groundskeeper to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines for routine maintenance and repairs. Properly allocating time for different responsibilities allows them to maintain a well-organized and attractive outdoor environment for guests.
Adaptability: As the grounds maintenance requirements can vary with seasons, weather conditions, and events, the Groundskeeper should be adaptable to handle changing work demands. Being flexible in approach and open to learning new techniques ensures the grounds remain in excellent condition year-round.
