Position Summary
- To own responsibilities for delivery, Low Level design and development. Senior Software Engineer will be involved in research, Code, test, implement and maintain software systems to meet client or employer needs. A Senior Software Engineer should be able to work mostly independently or with minimal supervision and take ownership of his or her deliverables.
- The position works closely with in-house team &Client Team (abroad). Should be flexible to overlap work timings with US time zones, as needed.
Responsibilities
Core:
- Perform research, analysis, code & test software components / modules, with complete ownership end to end.
- Maintain current systems by monitoring, identifying & fixing defects
Investigate new technologies and trends - Write end user specifics and technical documentation, containing flow charts, matrix etc.
- Collaborate & work with other streams such as Dev, QA, Customer team, IT etc. for Knowledge transition, requirements clarifications etc. with predefined communication guidelines.
- Should be flexible to adjust to the change in work / technology / Team / etc.
- Constantly update technical knowledge and skills on-the-job and by attending in-house and/or external courses & training sessions and course content provided.
Primary Deliverables
- Low level design & code, adherence to functional specifications, design & coding guidelines.
- End user specific & technical documentations.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager
Domain Expertise / Skills required
- Proficiency in Analytical skills, .net, asp.net, Javascript, JQuery, SQL Server.
- Experience in web development using asp.net & JQuery, designing database structure, writing SQL script of medium complexity.
- Adept in performance optimization at .net & SQL area.
