Product where it should be, on the floor when customers want it, and a back-of-house the sales team can rely on. The Stock Lead is the person who makes that happen.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and comfortable working independently at pace. They take ownership of the back of house, communicate clearly with the sales team and the Store Manager, and keep replenishment moving through the busiest days of the year.
The Stock Lead is responsible for a clean, organized stock room and supports the sales floor by making sure effective replenishment practices are in place. The Stock Lead’s responsibilities include:
