What You Will Get To Do:

This position is within our GIDS entity and will be servicing clients and businesses across the UK.

One of the key focuses for this role is to be instrumental in the lift out and onboarding of new clients and business, specifically actioning terms of contracts, SLA’s and strategic objectives to ensure efficiency in the operating model is achieved.

This is also a key transformational role as well, as we are wanting to be able to provide an excellent level of service, therefore someone with outstanding operational experience is essential, alongside deep knowledge of the L&P and Wealth business sectors would be a distinct advantage.

Here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end outsourced service delivery across new lift outs for our Global Contact team- working closely with; sales support work, onboarding , people engagement, client servicing, reporting and leadership.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience across all client engagements.
• Accountable for P&L performance across client portfolios or service lines.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Sponsor and oversee client change programmes including migrations, onboarding, and enhancements.
• Drive standardisation while balancing client-specific needs.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency through automation, digitisation, and process optimisation.
• Ensure delivery of services in line with regulatory requirements – FCA, MiFID II, CASS.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across operations, client delivery, and transformation.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven track record of managing operations including client onboarding, people leadership, multi finance model experience (L&P / TA Funds / Wealth etc), client servicing, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen with direct accountability for P&L management, revenue growth, client profitability, and service performance.
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for key accounts.
• Experience leading large-scale change programmes, including migrations, client transitions, operational transformations, and service enhancements.
• Understanding of UK Financial regulation and controls, including FCA requirements, MiFID II, CASS, operational risk, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing operational and client delivery teams while driving automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
