Job Description

Main purpose of role:

• Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key performance Indicators (KPIs), meeting all Regulatory Requirements and Reporting.
• Manage the day to day running of the team ensuring all aspects of client administration are completed correctly and within the required turnaround timescales, whilst ensuring people management is timely and effective through staff PDRs, documented 121s and training/development.
• Assist team members with complex case work.  Ensure the team have an up-to-date library of procedure guides and policies, which are regularly reviewed and updated.  Create a culture of continuous improvement in the team by improving client experience and outcomes.
• Ensure a transparent suite of Management Information (MI) is available, regularly updated and shared with the relevant stakeholder(s) and forum(s).
• Effectively build and manage collaborative relationships across our business, including within Client Operations.  Work with other department managers to ensure that adequate risk management and controls are in place across Client Operations.

• To exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the area the role is responsible for are organised and controlled
• Ensure Regulatory reporting is completed timely and accurately.
• To uphold responsibilities for risk and business continuity practices as appropriate to the position the role holds within the organisation.
• To comply with the regulatory regimes in which SS&C operates, with particular consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role
• To attend / complete all regulatory training.
• To ensure robust controls and escalations exist in relation to incidents and breaches
• To escalate issues or potential breaches to your Line Manager, to enable consideration for Client Servicing implications.

• To provide input regarding the effectiveness and design of Regulatory changes, controls and MI, including contributing to the annual review of procedures
