This role supports our commitment to maintaining strong financial controls, meeting regulatory expectations, and enabling the business with reliable, trusted data. This position provides an excellent opportunity to interact with different business areas within the bank: from front to back office.

    Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-focused analyst with a strong analytical mindset and interest in financial data. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working directly with data, investigating issues, and supporting data quality processes.

The ideal candidate is proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a control-driven environment, while gradually building capability in process improvement and automation, including exposure to AI-supported tools.

    Your new role:
As part of the DART Data Operations team, you will support the delivery of high-quality data for regulatory reporting by analysing datasets, investigating data quality issues, and assisting in remediation activities.

You will work closely with more senior team members, as well as business and technology partners, to understand data issues, resolve discrepancies, and improve data quality processes.

The role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, with increasing exposure to modern tools and AI-supported approaches over time.

Due to the cyclical nature of regulatory reporting, there may be periods of increased workload around key deadlines, requiring flexibility and team collaboration to ensure timely delivery.
As Officer Data Quality Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

    • Maintain and update documentation (e.g., SOPs, data definitions, control descriptions)

    • Support process improvement and standardisation initiatives

    • Assist in implementation of automation solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, workflow tools)

    AI & Automation exposure:

    • Support identification of opportunities to reduce manual work through automation

    • Use AI-assisted tools to support data analysis and documentation where applicable

    • Develop understanding of how AI can be applied in data quality and reconciliation processes

    • Validate outputs with guidance to ensure accuracy and consistency

    • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and escalate issues as needed

    Skills and experience needed:

    • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or data operations

    • Basic to intermediate experience working with data (SQL, Excel, reconciliations)

    • Interest in Finance, Risk, or regulatory reporting processes

    • Experience with tools such as:

    • Exposure to Alteryx / Power BI / Tableau is a plus

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
