    - Support assessments of resiliency-by-design adoption and maturity across regions, identifying gaps and improvement actions.
    - Enable consistent global application of resiliency-by-design while accommodating regional regulatory nuance (US, Europe, APAC).

    Resilience Intelligence (Supporting)

    - Support translation of resilience intelligence into practical design guidance and prioritisation inputs.
    - Support preparation of executive and regulatory-facing insights on global and regional resilience risk drivers.

    Projects, Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

    - Provide hands-on delivery and project management support across global resiliency-by-design initiatives.
    - Support regulatory-driven commitments across the US, Europe and APAC through analysis, evidence and briefing materials.
    - Engage globally with senior stakeholders and prepare executive-ready materials for governance forums.

    Skills & Experience

    - Experience in operational resilience, enterprise risk, technology or cyber resilience within a global financial institution.
    - Strong understanding of resiliency-by-design concepts and their application to change and transformation.
    - Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional regulatory expectations (e.g. US, UK/EU, APAC).
    - Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Role Impact

This role is central to embedding resiliency by design as a core enterprise capability, enabling the firm to deliver consistent, regulatorily credible and sustainable operational resilience across regions.
