SSC Signs & Lighting is looking for an experienced Custom Project Manager with a strong background in construction management to oversee custom signage projects from initial planning through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage custom sign projects from contract through installation and completion
- Coordinate with customers, sales, designers, production, installers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate materials, fabrication, permitting, delivery, and installation
- Communicate project updates with customers and internal teams
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer expectations
- Review project costs and help maintain profitability
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Construction management or project management experience required
- Experience managing custom construction or signage projects preferred
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams
