We are seeking a dependable, motivated Sign Production Worker / General Assembly team member to join our fast-paced sign manufacturing company. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fabricate a variety of signs and sign components
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders and production specifications
• Assist with wiring and electrical components as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude required
• Electrical knowledge is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
