St. Coletta's of Illinois is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join the Social Services Team.
This individual will be responsible for the development of comprehensive Implementation Strategies (IS), coordination of services, overseeing the implementation of ISPs, and providing the general case management to ensure the individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in services attain personal goals.
Shift: 1st
Salary: $46,000 - $50,000 (depending on certification/experience level)
