The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The performance of these duties must be in accordance with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required and communicated by the Director of Nursing (DON) or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Must pose a current Nurse License in the State of Minnesota

Little Falls Health Services is a 32 bed skilled nursing facility. We are currently in the process of constructing another 32 resident rooms and then will be a 64 bed facility.
