This is an excellent opportunity for an APP to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while caring for a diverse patient population.

Our organization is a trusted healthcare leader with a 120+ year legacy of delivering exceptional care. St. Mary's is committed to expanding access to high-quality specialty care across Fulton and Montgomery Counties and the surrounding region. Our ENT practice offers personalized care, advanced treatment options, and a multidisciplinary approach focused on improving the health and quality of life of our patients.

    Position Highlights:

    • Diverse outpatient practice treating pediatric and adult patients
    • Opportunity to perform in-office procedures within scope of practice
    • Strong referral base from an established primary care and specialty network
    • Collaborative, patient-focused environment with experienced clinical support staff

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
    • Perform comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic evaluations.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care.
    • Perform office-based procedures within the scope of practice and organizational guidelines.
    • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, post-procedural care, and disease prevention.
    • Collaborate closely with the supervising ENT physician and multidisciplinary care team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of evidence-based ENT practices.

    Qualifications:

Required Credentials - Certified and Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Preferred Experience – Prior ENT office experience would be an asset, but is not required

Education - Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Skills - Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, procedural, and patient-centered communication skills.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary Range - $135K - $140K (commensurate with experience)
    • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
    • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
    • Retirement plans with employer contributions
    • Relocation assistance and CME allowance
    • Potential eligibility for loan repayment programs due to our HPSA designation
