    • Develop facility layouts, staffing calculations, capital cost estimates, and alternative evaluations
    • Create process flow maps and identify opportunities for operational improvement
    • Communicate directly with clients during data collection and analysis efforts
    • Develop presentations and communicate project findings to clients and project teams
    • Assist in the preparation of final reports and other project deliverables
    • Participate in client site visits, data collection activities, and project meetings
    • Support the planning and design of hospitals, medical facilities, and centralized healthcare distribution and warehouse operations

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field
    • 0-2 years of professional experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Co-op, internship, or project experience in healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, consulting, or a related industry
    • Experience conducting cost analysis, facility layout design, inventory analysis, or process improvement projects
    • Exposure to hospital, healthcare, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
    • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
