The Opportunity

As a Product Designer, you'll help bring new crafting products and experiences to life, from concept to production. You'll work on a variety of products, including crafting kits, stamps, paper collections, tools, accessories, and other creative offerings that inspire customers to create with confidence.

This role combines creative design, product development, and hands-on experimentation.  You’ll explore a variety of creative techniques, crafts, and materials while collaborating with others to transform ideas into products and projects customers can confidently create and enjoy.

Success requires curiosity, creative problem solving, and a willingness to learn. You'll regularly test concepts, refine ideas, and balance creative exploration with practical considerations such as customer experience, manufacturability, timelines, and instructional clarity. This role is perfect for a serial hobbyist and lifelong learner. You'll thrive if you're the type of designer who picks up a new craft just to understand how it works, then uses that knowledge to create inspiring products, projects, and instructions that help others discover the joy of making.

You'll also need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity. Product development is an evolving process, and priorities, requirements, and information can shift as projects progress. If you're energized by learning, adaptability, and change management, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Design and illustrate new products, including crafting kits, stamps, paper collections, tools, accessories, and other creative products aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Help transform innovative concepts into products that make crafting approachable, achievable, and inspiring.
• Transform concepts into engaging products and projects that support connecting people through creative crafting experiences.
• Complete product assignments with increasing independence while maintaining quality standards and meeting project timelines.
• Use hands-on experimentation to explore new materials, techniques, and creative possibilities.
• Participate in reviews, present progress updates, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Learn and apply product design standards, manufacturing requirements, brand guidelines, and best practices.
• Verify engineered artwork and physical products for accuracy and production readiness.
