Under the direction of a lead or supervisor, employees in this classification perform a variety of grounds and other maintenance duties for DAPER facilities, requiring experience and familiarity with applicable sports regulations, safety requirements, etc.
Employees are expected to act independently to apply knowledge of sports activities to properly set up for events, etc. Work may be reviewed during progress and/or upon completion.

Minimum Education and Experience
Usually requires one year of Physical Education grounds experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Certificates and Licenses Required
Valid California non-commercial class C driver’s license.
