    Overview

    Ready for your next opportunity in dentistry? Beach Dental Care in Miami Beach is hiring a Full-Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator!  As our Dental Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of the patient experience and daily flow of the practice. This position reports to and works under the guidance of the Dental Office Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction and front office responsibilities. Join Beach Dental Care in Miami Beach and enjoy working in one of South Florida’s most vibrant communities, just minutes from everything that makes the area such a great place to live and work.  Our practice is easily accessable with parking on site! Beach Dental Care established, patient-focused practice where teamwork, professionalism, and creating an outstanding patient experience are at the heart of what we do.

    Business Hours

    Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm

    Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm

    Responsibilities

    • Manage administrative duties
    • Accounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintained
    • Organizing and helping with claims
    • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
    • Appointment scheduling
    • Requesting records
    • Patient follow ups
    • Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma Required
    • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
    • 2 or more years dental front office experience Required
    • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
    • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Ability to collaborate with a team
