    Overview

    Intown Smile Studio is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia!

    We are seeking a new Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

    Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule:

    Tuesday - Thursday 6:30AM - 4:00PM

    Friday 6:30AM -3:00PM

    Responsibilities

    • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
    • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
    • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
    • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
    • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
    • Presenting treatment plans
    • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
    • Appointment scheduling
    • Requesting records
    • Patient follow ups
    • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma
    • Must Have a minimum of 2 years working front desk of dental practice, with basic knowledge of Insurance, Managing PMS Schedules, Appointment Confirmations, Dental Terminology, Etc.
    • Experience with Fee For Service dental practices/Out of Network Dental Insurance
    • Experience Managing Patient Leads with High Conversion Rate
    • Microsoft Office Suite experience
    • Familiar with Managing Electronic Communications and Multiple Phone Lines
    • Excellent communication style both written and verbal and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Reliable and collaborative team member
    • Goal Oriented-Team Player who takes Initiative and is Solution Driven
    • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
    • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
