    Job description

    Overview

Mallard Cove Dental | Cumberland/Vinings, Atlanta

Offering a 1-Year Daily Guarantee — start with confidence and financial stability from day one.

Ready to practice at the top of your license — without the administrative weight of ownership?

Mallard Cove Dental is a modern, patient-centered practice in Atlanta's vibrant Cumberland/Vinings corridor, known for exceptional, personalized care backed by leading-edge technology. We're seeking an experienced Dentist (3+ years) who wants full clinical autonomy, a broad procedural mix, and the infrastructure to build lasting patient relationships — without the business headaches.

    What You'll Step Into

    • A 1-year daily guarantee, giving you predictable income while you build your patient base
    • 100% clinical autonomy — you lead treatment decisions, we handle the rest
    • A wide procedural mix that keeps you growing clinically
    • A technology stack built for precision and patient trust: Digital Pano X-ray, Digital Trios Scanner, CBCT, and AI Treatment Planning
    • A collaborative, innovation-forward culture rooted in minimally invasive care
    • An established patient base in a modern, well-equipped facility

    Backed by Star Dental Partners

As an SDP-supported dentist, you get private-practice culture with the operational muscle of an established support organization. We manage the business side so you can focus on what you do best: delivering outstanding patient care and building the life you want alongside it.

    The SDP Advantage

    • 1-year daily guarantee for a secure transition into the practice
    • Complete clinical autonomy, career growth pathways, and true work-life balance
    • Full business support — marketing, scheduling, HR, and operations handled for you
    • Industry-leading compensation and benefits, including:
      • Paid malpractice insurance
      • Continuing education investment
      • Annual professional expense reimbursement
      • Generous vacation time
      • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
      • 401(k) retirement plan
      • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your household
      • Basic life, voluntary life, and AD&D insurance
      • Short- and long-term disability
      • Pet insurance
      • Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans with wellness incentives

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
    • Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
    • Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
    • Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
    • Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

    Qualifications

    • DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
    • Active Georgia  dental license
    • Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
    • 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
