Essential Functions
- New Part Setup, tooling, jaw and Fixture arrangements
- Mazak, VTL, HMC, HAAS & Fanuc machine Operation and program editing
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Mazak CNC machines (including turning and/or milling centers)
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and offsets
- Monitor machine operations and make minor program or offset adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep machines clean
- Identify and report defects, machine issues, or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T symbols
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- Diploma and/or a graduate in mechanical/manufacturing engineering
- Min 5+ years of previous experience in a production or job-shop environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in CNC Machining or manufacturing technology
- Experience with Mazatrol, Fanuc, HAAS, and G-code editing
- Knowledge of metal cutting tools and machining processes

Required:
- Certificate or diploma in CNC Machining or a graduate in Mechanical/Manufacturing technology
