Our clients rely on us to solve questions big and small:</p><ul><li>Where should I put my next warehouse?</li><li>Should I inshore or offshore my suppliers?</li><li>How can I serve all my customers in 2 days?</li><li>How should I deploy a product for a promotion?</li></ul><p><br></p><p>These clients turn to us for help, and we need you to support them with both great software and great coaching.</p><p><br></p><p>Your job will be to:</p><ul><li>Learn the art and science of supply chain design -- we will teach you</li><li>Become an expert at using data and software -- we will teach you</li><li>Work with our clients and sales team to use, teach, and coach current and future users in the skills you have just learned</li></ul><p>To do this you will need to be:</p><ul><li>Outgoing, friendly, and smart</li><li>Excellent at verbal, written, and virtual communication</li><li>Comfortable managing data in spreadsheets and common databases</li><li>Knowledgeable in the basics of supply chain and logistics</li><li>Ready to work</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Some of your tasks, but not all will be:</p><ul><li>Supporting design projects as an analyst</li><li>Training new users in Starboard's flagship product, Navigator</li><li>Developing white papers, tutorials, and a knowledge base for documenting knowledge.</li><li>Supporting clients who are conducting trials and need to know how to do network design and how to apply our software</li><li>You tell us, and we will let you do it</li></ul><p>Starboard is growing and changing quickly.  You will have the opportunity to do lots of things and assume as much responsibility as you can take.</p>
