Starchild is building the interface for working with AI agents.

Our product brings together chat, automation, tools, memory, workflows, and multimodal creation into one AI-native workspace. We are exploring what happens when agents are not just assistants, but active collaborators that can help people research, build, monitor, create, and operate.

We are looking for people who enjoy building from first principles, moving quickly, and turning messy, open-ended problems into products that feel simple and useful.

About the opportunity:

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a builder, not a cog. You use AI tools daily — not because it’s trendy, but because you can’t imagine working without them. You’ve grown real audiences, shipped campaigns, and care about outcomes, not optics.

We’re looking for people already doing this in the wild — not just in a job.
If you’ve never built anything on your own, this role is probably not a fit.
This role is for people who build, experiment, and ship — not just plan.

This is not a traditional marketing ops role. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, activate our partner and affiliate ecosystem, produce Chinese-language content, and use AI to analyze what works and double down.

You won’t just execute — you’ll help define how growth works at Starchild.

Chinese content is a key focus, but the role spans regions — helping build a globally resonant brand.

What you’ll be working on:

• Affiliate & Partner Activation: Own partner relationships, analyze performance, optimize funnels, and drive activation and retention.
• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Run campaigns from idea → execution → analysis → iteration across partnerships, builder programs, and more.
• Paid Advertising: Create high-performing content and manage paid channels with clear ROI focus (we prioritize organic + affiliate growth).
• Chinese Content Production: Create and oversee native, platform-specific Chinese content — not translation, but real audience resonance.
• AI-Driven Optimization: Use AI tools to analyze performance, understand users, identify growth opportunities, and automate workflows.

• VP of Ecosystem Marketing (directly on strategy).
• BD and product teams.
• External partners, affiliates, and creators.
• AI agents across your workflow.

What challenges will you face? 

• Fast-moving AI market and shifting user behavior.
• Balancing creative content with data-driven optimization.
• Scaling affiliates from dozens to hundreds.
• Cross-regional dynamics.
• Identifying real engagement vs. vanity metrics.

• You’ve grown social accounts with real engagement (not vanity metrics).
• You’ve run campaigns end-to-end and can show outcomes.
• You’re Chinese-native with strong content intuition, and comfortable working in English.
• You think in funnels, conversion, and data.
• You’re comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Bonus:

• Experience with affiliate or partnership programs.
• Existing network of creators or partners in the AI or tech space.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (AI image / video generation, AI writing assistants, AI agents).
