Job Description:
Forensic Evaluator, Psychologist-Located at the Lincoln Regional Center!This position will be responsible for completing court-ordered evaluations, including competence, insanity, and risk assessments, at the Lincoln Regional Center. Knowledge of relevant statutes and case law is necessary. Testimony regarding expert opinions will be required.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice psychology in the state of Nebraska or eligible to obtain a provisional license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience conducting competency to stand trial, insanity, and risk assessment evaluations.
Knowledge of relevant Nebraska statutes and case law.
Experience offering court testimony and capable of being qualified as an expert witness in Nebraska in the relevant areas.
Other: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation
Hiring rate of position
Starting pay rate:
$60.00/hour.
Provisionally licensed starting pay rate: $55.28/hour (Provisionally licensed)
Work schedule:
Work Schedule: 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday-Friday with some flexibility.
