Job Description:

Starting Wage: $40.389-$52.895 per hour (base rate of $37.389-$49.895/hour + $3.00/hour Differential + $1.50-2.50 Shift Differentials) Pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints, if approved.

JOB DUTIES: Coordination of client care services to include comprehensive admission assessment and care plans. Provide nursing care and on-going assessment. Provide direction and nursing leadership in the accomplishment of care plan and unit care team activities. Act as client advocate and is a leader in quality improvement, safety and infection control.
