DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check with designated lead person on machine assignment and job assignment.
- Produce parts on CNC machines according to specifications and within acceptable production requirements.
- Unload and package parts according to JBT Machining standards and customer requirements.
- Complete accurate daily records (date, times, quantities of parts ran, and scrap) for every job worked on, on Shop Travelers and in the ERP system.
- Follow instructions from all JBT Machining documentation, including: Shop Traveler, Inspection Sheets, and blueprints.
- Inform quality control, shift supervisor/ lead person of any problems or concerns with parts.
- Accept responsibility for the quality of products/services provided and perform all required inspections.
- Perform required preventive maintenance on equipment, watch and listen for abnormal conditions, and report any concerns to maintenance and/or shift supervisor/lead immediately.
- Maintain assigned work area in a clean and orderly manner and comply with all 5S procedures.
- Conduct all tasks and behaviors in a safe manner and comply with all JBT Machining Safety Policies, including the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Maintain all required documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Gibbs, MC, Fusion, Conversational experience preferred.
- 3axis, 5axis, and pallet systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects.

Wage Range: $22.00 - $33.00/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: 1st (Monday-Thursday: 6am-4:30pm, Friday: 6am-11am)
