WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are looking for positive, ambitious, outgoing individuals with impeccable people skills to be part of a growth oriented Team.

The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Receiving clerk will be checking and unloading incoming shipments, verifying that the correct amounts and types of items were shipped. Inspecting the goods in order to ensure their quality, then examining and receiving the order into our system. The clerk then stores or stocks the items in their appropriate places.

Essential Position Functions:

• Receive shipments off of incoming trucks
• Inspecting goods for accuracy and quality
• Use RF handheld and Steiner business system to receive goods
• Safely store goods in proper warehouse locations
• Perform other various warehouse tasks as assigned by manager

Position Requirements: Education, Knowledge, Training, Experience, Licenses, Certification

• The ability to lift and carry 50lbs
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively communicate professionally with Steiner, customer and vendor personnel at all levels of the company
• Fluent English – verbal and written
• High School Graduate (preferred)
• Math skills
• The ability to become forklift certified
• The ability to work under time constraints
• The ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
