At Willow Tree Adult Crisis Stabilization, we provide short-term, person-centered mental health services that help individuals regain stability, build coping skills, and reconnect with their communities.

If you're passionate about helping others and have education or experience in behavioral health, we'll gladly help determine whether you meet Minnesota qualifications for either the Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker or Mental Health Practitioner position.

    What You'll Do Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker Welcome and orient recipients to the program while completing admissions and required documentation. Teach coping, crisis management, and independent living skills through individual and group interventions. Implement treatment plan interventions under the direction of the Mental Health Practitioner. Support recipients with medication observation, appointments, community resources, and crisis planning.

    Complete accurate documentation and help maintain a safe, supportive, recovery-focused environment. Collaborate with recipients, families, and the treatment team to promote successful outcomes. Mental Health Practitioner Complete assessments, admissions, and clinical documentation. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. Provide individual skills training and support recipients in developing crisis management strategies.

    Coordinate care with recipients, families, case managers, and community providers. Complete timely clinical documentation while maintaining a safe, person-centered treatment environment. Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to a collaborative team focused on recovery and continuous improvement.
