Production Associate

Role: Production Associate/Machine Operator.

Location: Vandalia, OH, USA

Duration: Long Term

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm. - $10.50/hr

• 2nd shift: 3.00PM -11.30AM. - $10.75/hr

Work Hours: 5 days a Week, 12 hours a day.

Benefits:

• Health Coverage(as per ACA benefits).

• 2 Pairs of blue Adecco shirts will be provided from P&G.

Education: No specification requirement.

Responsibilities (according to their positions):

Packer :

• Build cardboard boxes for display of products.

• Perform duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations, and sorting.

• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the line leader.

• Maintain the work area, keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations.

• Break down cardboard for recycling.

• May be required to use a staple gun and glue gun.

Baler – Machine Operator :

• Run baler machine to compress and bind cardboard.

• Maintain the work area, keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations.

• Break down cardboard for recycling.

• Open chamber doors and remove bales. Glasses, sleeves, gloves, and safety vest required.

• Set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment per the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.

Basic Requirement that consultant must do :

• Must be able to frequently lift 50 lbs.

• Must have the ability to read and write instructions.

• Bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.
