We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who is ready to build a rewarding career with a dealership that values integrity, teamwork, growth, and performance. Automotive experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential. If you bring energy, initiative, and a genuine desire to help people, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle, needs, and budget. From the first conversation to the excitement of vehicle delivery, you’ll create a buying experience that is welcoming, informative, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, comfortable, and pressure-free experience.
• Ask the right questions, understand each customer’s needs, and recommend vehicles that are the right fit.
• Build your customer base through networking, referrals, follow-up, and community involvement.
• Develop strong knowledge of our vehicles, features, pricing, incentives, and promotions.
• Coordinate test drives and guide customers confidently through each stage of the sales process.
• Work with the Finance & Insurance team to introduce available financing and leasing options.
• Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently work toward individual sales, performance, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with the sales, finance, service, and other dealership teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other responsibilities related to the position as required.

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence, initiative, and the motivation to achieve results.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right person.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
• A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Comfort using technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
