Casual Driver – Toyota & Lexus
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and flexible Casual Driver to join our Toyota & Lexus team.
This role would be ideal for someone looking for occasional, flexible work rather than a fixed full-time position. You will mainly provide holiday and absence cover for our Service Collection & Delivery Drivers, with additional cover for our Parts Delivery Driver when required.
The role will include:
Collecting customers’ vehicles from their home or workplace and returning them following service or repair work
Delivering parts to our local trade customers
Driving a variety of Toyota & Lexus vehicles
Providing a friendly and professional service when dealing with customers
Completing basic vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
Taking care of customers’ vehicles while they are in your possession
What we're looking for:
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have a good driving record. You should be confident driving a variety of vehicles and comfortable dealing with customers.
We are particularly looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, well-presented and flexible, as working days will vary depending on holiday and absence cover requirements.
Previous driving or motor trade experience would be helpful but is not essential.
This could be a great opportunity for someone who is retired, semi-retired or simply looking for occasional flexible work as part of a friendly Toyota & Lexus dealership team.
