Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing (Mechanical/Fabrication Focus)

We’re seeking a versatile, hands-on Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're a jack-of-all-trades with deep experience in troubleshooting, fabrication, and maintaining complex mechanical systems, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, clutches, and conveyors.
Perform light electrical work, including wiring, sensors, and motor controls.
Fabricate brackets, guards, and other components using welding, cutting, and machining tools.
Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment uptime.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in:
Hydraulics & Pneumatics
Conveyor systems
Gearboxes, clutches, and drive systems
Basic electrical troubleshooting
Fabrication and welding
Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
A proactive, safety-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with industrial automation or controls is a plus.
Technical certifications or training in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or fabrication.
