The Electrical Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment located throughout the plant and ensuring optimal functionality through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance service.
Primary Objectives:
• Maintain and repair production and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints.
• Run energy sources such as air, hydraulic and electrical as necessary.
• Perform PM procedures on production and facility equipment and implementation.
• Utilize eMaint software program to order parts and equipment for repairs and equipment PM's.
• Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.
• Safely perform physical demands as indicated below.

Monday- Friday with every other Saturday from 5am-1:30pm
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift sometimes at short notice.

• 3 years of experience working in an industrial environment
• Troubleshooting
• Preventive Maintenance
• Mechanical Aptitude/ Power Transmission
• Electrical Systems Knowledge/ Motor Controls- Low and High Voltages
• Fluid Power/ Hydraulics
• Compressed Air Systems/ Pneumatic Power
• Controls and Automation/ Allen Bradley
• Electronics- Low Voltage AC/DC Components/ Encoders/ TTL
• Various Hand Tools- Mechanical/ Electrical
