As the business continues to grow, the StickEarn Group is also expanding through new business initiatives, products, partnerships, and selected joint venture projects beyond the core StickEarn business.<br><br>As a <strong>Strategy & Special Projects Intern</strong>, you will support strategic initiatives across the StickEarn Group and selected joint venture projects.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on projects that may span business strategy, market research, go-to-market initiatives, operations, product, marketing, and other strategic priorities.<br><br><strong>🌟 What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul><li>Support strategic planning and execution across multiple business initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved.</li><li>Contribute to market, customer, and competitor research to support business decisions.</li><li>Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products, campaigns, and partnerships.</li><li>Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, reports, and executive materials.</li><li>Participate in project performance tracking and help identify potential risks and recommend actionable improvements.</li><li>Assist in analyzing business and marketing data to generate insights for decision-making.</li><li>Support stakeholder management by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Contribute to operational excellence by documenting processes and improving workflows.</li><li>Take part in ad hoc strategic initiatives assigned by leadership.</li></ul><div><strong>✅ What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul><li>Final-year student from any major, preferably from Business, Management, Marketing, or other related fields.</li><li>Strong analytical and structured thinking.</li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working across marketing, operations, product, and business teams.</li><li>Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficient in AI prompting (preferably Claude & ChatGPT) & Google Workspace (especially Google Slides & Google Sheet).</li><li>Experience with Notion or other project management tools is a plus.</li><li><span style=" color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium;">Skilled in using Canva or other visual design tools is a plus.</span></li></ul><div><strong>🎁 What We Offer</strong></div><ul><li>Paid internship opportunity</li><li>Hybrid working setup</li><li>Hands-on experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional project</li></ul><div>If you're a proactive and analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and turning ideas into action, we’d love to hear from you! 🚀</div><div><br></div><div><em>*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</em></div>
