Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The CEO for BEZ Transformers Group will strategically lead and integrate operations across three key subsidiaries: ETD Transformers (Power Transformers) in Pilsen, Elprom Heavy Industries (Power Transformers and Tap Changers) in Sofia, and BEZ Transformers (Distribution Transformers) in Bratislava. This role demands a visionary and operationally skilled executive to optimize cross-company synergies, foster innovation, and strengthen the group's competitive position globally. The Group CEO will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing product quality, and driving sustainable growth across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a cohesive strategy for the BEZ Transformers Group, aligning goals across ETD Transformers, Elprom Heavy Industries, and BEZ Transformers.
- Identify growth opportunities within and beyond existing markets, leveraging each subsidiary's specialization to maximize market penetration and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the Board to set a clear, sustainable roadmap for growth, with a focus on market leadership in power and distribution transformers.
- Oversee operational excellence across all subsidiaries, ensuring each division adheres to high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.
- Drive integration of processes across subsidiaries to streamline production, optimize resource allocation, and reduce redundancies.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across divisions, regularly assessing performance and making strategic adjustments to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams in each subsidiary to introduce cutting-edge products and technologies, focusing on high performance, sustainability, and reliability.
- Manage financial oversight for the entire group, setting targets, optimizing budgets, and ensuring cost-effectiveness across all subsidiaries.
- Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to protect company assets, maintain regulatory compliance, and safeguard intellectual property.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline across the group, mentoring senior leaders in each subsidiary and ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Foster a cohesive company culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence across the entire BEZ Group.
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and inclusiveness, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and encouraging knowledge sharing among subsidiaries.
Required Qualifications:Requirements:
- Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 13-20+ years in executive leadership within the transformer or energy sectors, ideally with experience managing multi-location, multi-product operations.
- Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Power/Distribution transformers, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
- Experience with change management
