Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician

Experience: 2–4 years verifiable HVAC technician experience Pay:
$30–$36/hr (depending on experience)

Minimum requirements

You should have:

• 30+ residential installs led as the primary installer 
• 1,000+ residential service calls conducted 
  • Install experience can be partially offset if you have 1,500+ solo service calls
• Ability to troubleshoot the majority of service calls without senior help
• Demonstrated ability to sell ethically, not just “run calls” 
  • We use an ethical, standardized commission plan to ensure customers only buy what they truly need

• You can walk into most residential calls, diagnose, present options, and complete the work without calling a senior tech in most cases
